Weezer have confirmed on their website that they’re playing their first Dublin gig on June 7 in a venue that’s yet to be confirmed, but likely or not will be Vicar St, Olympia or The Ambassador.
Prior to that comes the May release of their new album, Make Believe. As for reports that they’re going to be gigging elsewhere in Europe with the Pixies, it appears that conflicting schedules mean that plans for a series of double-headers have been scrapped.
