Waterford Arts Festival brightens autumn

But it being an arts festival, there’s much more besides music – Rich Hall is contributing his comedic talents to the festivities, and French film will be the theme of cinematic entertainment. Plus there’s visual arts, literature, fun for children, dance and much more.
