WATCH: Beyoncé and Jay Z 'On The Run' in new video
The first part of the power couple's Bang Bang video trilogy is online now.
In May, Beyoncé and Jay Z released a Bonnie & Clyde-influenced trailer for a non-existent film, Run, to promote their joint summer tour.
Today, we get another video which finds the superstar pair adopting their outlaw personas once more. Nowness is streaming the video, which you can check out below. It is the first part in the Bang Bangtrilogy, directed by Dikayl Rimmasch, featuring footage that was shown during the now-all wrapped up On The Run tour.
Rimmasch explained Jay Z's thinking behind the concept to Nowness:
"We’re not trying to do this literally, it’s not that we’re Bonnie and Clyde. We’re on the run from everything. On the run from becoming a cliché. On the run from doing the same thing again."
