Chicago outfit volcano! – the lower-case ‘v’ and exclamation mark are mandatory – are over in November for Upstairs @ Whelan’s, Dublin (19) and Roisin Dubh, Galway (20) shows.
Variously compared to Franz Ferdinand, Radiohead and Captain Beefheart, the trio will be plugging their Paperwork album and its lead single, ‘Africa Just Wants To Have Fun’, which is streaming now at myspace.com/volcanoisaband.
