Tongue and Cheek launch Button Factory club night
DJ duo Tongue and Cheek kick off their new monthly club night with a 'Party Monster Disco' at the Button Factory next week.
The first T.A.C. night takes place in Dublin's Button Factory next Tuesday (November 25), and will feature London electro rockers The Coolness, along with Irish act Bitches and Wolves.
The 'Party Monster' theme is influenced by the 2003 film of the same name, which tells the story of New York's notorious (and outrageously-dressed) party animals the Club Kids.
The organisers promise 'Absolute Deadliness', with indie-electro sounds, an onsite photographer, face painters and an open-minded atmosphere that encourages uninhibited dress-up fun.
Or, as they put it themselves: "we aren't trying to be cool....we know we are 100% NERDS but we are 200% okay with that, we just want a place for people to go, dress up, dance and have fun!"
And how can we argue with that?
Doors are at 11, admission is €4 till midnight, €6 after.
