Toasted Heretic hit the comeback trail
Galway legends Toasted Heretic have lined up a short tour for October.
They'll visit Whelan’s, Dublin (October 1); Spirit Store, Dundalk (7); Dolan’s, Limerick (8); Roisin Dubh, Galway (14 & 15); and Half Moon, Cork (21).
Prior to that comes the release on Now In New Nostalgia Flavour, a CD gathering together of their two ‘80s albums, Songs For Swinging Celibates and Charm & Arrogance, which were previously only available on cassette.
Much beloved of the NME, the Heretics would in a parallel universe have been as big as The Smiths and in Julian Cough boasted one of the great confrontational Irish frontmen.
