The War On Drugs Hit Dublin
The Philly boys will be over in February.
Having championed them on hotpress.com’s Free Music Friday, we’re delighted that Philly alt. rockers The War On Drugs are in on February 24 for a Whelan’s, Dublin show.
Together since 2005, the band have been causing major waves with their debut Slave Ambient album, which occupies similar sonic territory to Arcade Fire.
Needless to say, we’ll be talking to them soonest.
