The Prodigy have been added to the bill for Oxegen 2005, which takes place at Punchestown Racecourse in Naas on July 9 and 10.

In Dublin this weekend for two sold-out shows in the Olympia, Liam Howlett & Co. will be giving a live airing to their back to dance basics Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned album.

As previously revealed on hotpress.com, next year's festival will also feature Foo Fighters who are so pleased with the songs they've written for their new LP they're considering making it a double.

Tickets for Oxegen are now on sale at special "Early Bird" rates, priced at €59.50 (one day pass), €110 (weekend pass) and €130 (weekend camping pass).
