The Jam members reunite + plan Irish tour
Two thirds of The Jam have reunited under the moniker 'From The Jam - Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler', with UK and Irish dates confirmed.
The tour, featuring original Jam members Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler but not featuring Paul Weller, will coinicide with The Jam's 30th anniversary of their debut album In The City.
Since then, the bastions of the Mod movement sold over 14 million records before calling it a day in 1982.
According to bassist Bruce Foxton "the plan is to get close to the fans and have some fun". As such, they'll be dusting down the classics like 'Town Called Malice', 'Going Underground' and 'Eton Rifles'.
Catch them at the Spring & Airbrake, Belfast (30 May); Tripod, Dublin (1 June); Dolan's, Limerick (2); Roisin Dubh, Galway (3); Half Moon Theatre, Cork (4).
Tickets are £17 for Belfast and €25 elsewhere.
Once they're done with their touring duties, Foxton and Buckler will return to the studio to record new material.
