The Fundamentals tour, debut single and video
The Fundamentals are set to release their debut single ‘Brother’ on November 21 in Flannery’s in Kilkenny on Decadent Records, with a nationwide tour to follow.
‘Brother’ will be available to buy on iTunes and on the group’s MySpace (www.myspace.com/thefundamentalsband) and through downloadmusic.ie. A special “Exclusive Nightspot” mix by the group’s own Robby Larkin will be released on the same day, as will a video created by Kris Polinski which will feature on the group’s MySpace.
The Fundamentals recorded ‘Brother’ in the Fish Market, London with producer Nick Bennett, best known for his No.1 US Dance Billboard hit ‘Afro Medusa’. It was subsequently remixed for single release and music industry insiders suggest it should have major appeal to fans of The Killers, OAR and U2.
The band are on a nationwide promotional tour throughout November and December. It will include the following dates and performances:
Dublin City 103.2 FM (10am), Dublin (November 21); Flannery’s, Kilkenny (21); KCLR 96FM (9pm), Kilkenny (22); Slattery’s, Rathmines, Dublin (22); Midlands 103FM (10pm), Offaly (23); Baker’s place, Limerick (24); The Chasing Bull, Bundoran, Donegal (December 5); The Moving Stairs, Boyle, Roscommon (6); Kavanagh’s, Portlaoise (27).
