The Flatlanders to play Dublin gig
The Texas stars are in Ireland for one night only this summer
It has been announced that The Flatlanders are to being playing their only Irish show this summer on July 29 in Vicar St.
The band have been going for almost 40 years and they will displaying music from their fourth album Hills and Valleys on the night.
The band, whose music has featured in films like The Horse Whisperer have said that their latest music was influenced by the "heavy-dutiness" of the past eight years with tragedies like 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina featuring in their lyrics.
