The Earlies make Dublin appearance
The Earlies give their Devil’s Country album a live airing on November 11 when they descend on the Dublin Village.
From Texas via Manchester – it’s a long story! – the band’s eclectic sound is underlined by the fact that their current tour bus faves are Future Sound Of London, Gillian Welch, ELP and the mighty Whitesnake.
Talking of fandom, The Earlies have contributed a cover of ‘I Must Have Blind’ to a Tim and Jeff Buckley tribute album, Dream Brother, that’s released this week on Full Time Hobby.
Also featured on it are The Magic Numbers, Sufjan Stevens, Engineers, Stephen Fretwell, Kathryn Williams and King Creosote.
