The Devlins: new album + live dates
Currently putting the finishing touches on their album, The Devlins will play gigs in Dundalk, Mullingar and Oxegen
The Devlins have confirmed details of their fourth studio album, Waves, which is due through Denis Desmond's Rubyworks label on August 6.
Currently being mixed in Dublin's Bow Lane studio, the collections finds the brothers working with Doves, Coldplay and Starsailor producer Danton Supple and Ian Stanley whose knob-twiddling CV includes Tori Amos and Lloyd Cole.
You can get a sneak preview of the opus when The Devlins descend on the Spirit Store, Dundalk (July 3); Stables, Mullingar (8); and Oxegen (11).
News also reaches us that one of the band's songs will be gracing the new Natalie Portman movie, Closer, which premieres in America before Christmas.
