Spin Southwest hosts student race day

The only student race day in the country, the Spin South West student race day offers college students a special package which includes entry to the venue, a race card, and admission to the after party in Trinity Rooms all for €5.

The event runs from 2-9pm, with races between 4.30-6.30pm, followed by Spin DJs, who'll also be broadcasting live from the racecourse on the day.

Then there's free transport to the after party, which runs from 9 till late.

The annual event has been running since 2002, and attracts around 5,000 students each year.
