Snow Patrol management snap up new Irish group
Not content with racking up number ones with Snow Patrol, Big Life Management have added Dublin-Limerick duo Wasted Youth Orchestra to their roster.
Better known to the taxman as Rory Carlile and Headgear mainman Darragh Dukes, they’ve completed an album, Throw Your Arms Up To Heaven, which is due in the spring and includes ‘Last Orders’, ‘Sunburst’, ‘A Letter From St. Jude’ and ‘Atlas’ among its stand-outs.
As for Headgear, the boy Dukes gives his Pat Shortt-assisted Flight Cases collection a pre-release airing at the Roisin Dubh, Galway (February 10) and McGarrigle’s, Sligo (March 3).
