Sanzkrit play Tower & Whelan's today
Monaghan four piece Sanzkrit bring their tour to the capital today for a double whammy appearance!
The band will perform a set of acoustic songs at 6pm in Tower Records, Wicklow Street, before they take to the stage in Whelan's (upstairs) tonight for a full electric set.
Support in Whelan's will be provided by Dundalk's Take the Money and Run, and Dublin lads Saccade, with first act taking to the stage at 7.30pm
Sanzkrit, whose current album After the Wedding was described by Hot Press as "arguably the best Irish Rock album since Whipping Boy’s Heartworm" are on tour nationwide at the moment promoting their new double A-side single 'Carnivore/Leave the Lights on'.
