Ronnie Wood rolls his art into Dublin
Rolling Stones guitarist, Ronnie Wood unveils his new Paint It Black art collection at Gallery Number One in Dublin.
Rolling Stones man Ronnie Wood will unveil his new series, Paint it Black in Dublin on June 19.
The exhibition will take place in Gallery Number One, on Castle Street in Dublin and runs from June 19 to July 6. Over 40 pieces of Wood's artwork will be on show such as 'Far East Man', pictured here. Also on show will be limited edition screen prints to the value of €650,000.
Paint it Black, is a series of 5 individual prints which makes up Wood's newest collection of portraits of the Stones. The exhibition will also display work from Wood's Jazz and Blues suite plus the Faces, We’ll Meet Again and Wa Wa Wood collections.
Ronnie Wood was an artist first and a musician second. He studied in art college in the UK and New York and comes from a family of artists and has been documenting his career with the Stones through his artwork.
