More fuel to the festival fire as Keith Richards says, “I’d love to"…
As The Rolling Stones prepare for their 50th anniversary tour at the end of the year, the legendary rockers have been hinting at more shows to come, possibly even the Mac Daddy of festivals, Glastonbury.
When discussing the 2013 extravaganza at the premiere of their Crossfire Hurricane doc at the London Film Festival last night, Keith Richards commented, “I don’t know yet. That’s next year right? I’d love to though.”
Richards isn’t the only one excited to be back on the road. Mick Jagger told roving reporters, “I’m really looking forward to it. We’ve been working hard rehearsing over the last few weeks and we’re looking forward to doing the shows for the anniversary.”

Following suit, Ronnie Wood said, “Once this wheel is turning I don’t think it will be able to stop…We won’t be able to stop."
With rumours of other acts like Fleetwood Mac performing at Glastonbury, it’s sure to be another hugely successful event. Tickets went on sale earlier this month and sold out in a record-breaking one hour, 40 minutes.
