RHCP for the Ulster Hall
They'll play an hour-long set as part of the 2011 MTV EMAs
While the main ceremony of the MTV European Music Awards 2011 will be held in Belfast's Oddyssey Arena on November 6, it has just been confirmed that the Red Hot Chili Peppers' live performance will take place across town at the Ulster Hall.
One song will be broadcast as part of the ceremony, but those in attendance will get quite a bit more. They'll be treated to a full 60 minute set from the Californian funk-rockers, who have just returned with a new guitarist (Josh Klinghoffer) and their tenth studio album I'm With You.
Doors open a 5pm whilst the show starts at 6pm sharp.
Tickets go on sale Saturday October 22 from the Ulster Hall box office. Tickets are priced at £42.40 including booking fee and there will be a maximum 2 ticket limit per person.
The 2011 MTV EMA will air on MTV at 9pm on November 6.
