The charity album will feature artists like Pillow Queens, Wyvern Lingo, and Irish Women in Harmony covering songs from the iconic Irish band, The Cranberries.
Universal Music Ireland and RTÉ 2FM have announced the upcoming release of Salvation – inspired by The Cranberries, a 13-track record comprised of covers of the legendary Irish band by contemporary Irish artists.
The record – which will benefit Pieta, a Dublin-based charity dedicated to providing help for those in suicidal crisis – is set to be released on October 1. It will feature covers of songs from the first five Cranberries albums: Everybody Else is Doing It, So Why Can't We?, No Need To Argue, To The Faithful Departed, Bury The Hatchet, and Wake Up and Smell the Coffee.
