Ozzy to be unleashed on Ireland
Lock away your bats - Ozzy Osbourne will return to Ireland for the first time in over 15 years
The Point Theatre becomes Heavy Metal Central on October 22 when Ozzy Osbourne descends on Dublin.
Contrary to claims by event promoters MCD that this is his virgin Irish appearance, Ozzy Osbourne first stormed Irish shores in 1987 on his Ultimate Sin tour.
A master of rock 'n' roll excess, Ozzy's noteworthy, er, achievements include biting the head off a bat and urinating on the Alamo whilst wearing one of his wife's dresses.

Then there are the small matters of fronting Black Sabbath, conquering America as a solo artist and appearing in the ratings-busting MTV show The Osbournes.
Tickets priced €49.50 go on sale on Saturday September 6.
