O Emperor for O2 gig in Cork
The hot new Waterford band will play Cork this Saturday
If you're around Patrick Street in Cork this Saturday afternoon, there are worse places you could head than the O2 store, where one of the year's most promising rising Irish acts, O Emperor, are set to play a short set. You can check out their live in-store performance this Saturday, November 20 at 1pm, as part of O2's surprise gig series for the Christmas run-up.
The band will be performing tracks from their new Hither Thither album, and will also be meeting fans afterwards.
To coincide with this special event, O2 are offering one band the chance to support O Emperor in 2011.
Bands are to submit their videos before November 30. O Emperor will review all entries and announce the lucky winner in early December. For full details on this competition, visit www.O2.ie.
