REM to play Glastonbury, T in The Park and - wait for it - Dublin's Marlay Park in July 2003

REM are set to play Glastonbury 2003, according to the band’s official website.

The June 27 date kicks off a European tour in support of the trio’s forthcoming Best Of collection, due for release in the Autumn.

The tour also includes an Irish date at Dublin’s Marlay Park on July 16, as well as Glasgow’s T In The Park on July 12.
