Murphy's Live quarter finals nearing end
The final events of the Murphy’s Live 2007 quarter finals are to take place in Waterford, Limerick and Dublin.
Dae Kim will headline the Waterford gig of Murphy's Live this Thursday 8th February in Geoff’s Bar with support from The Distractions and Ilya K.
The Murphy’s Live quarter finals continue on to Limerick where Vesta Varro will perform with support from Secret Police and Star Belgrade at Dolan’s Warehouse.
The tour then returns to Dublin for the last quarter final on 22 February in Sugar Club where Lost and SuperJimenez will support Hybrasil and battle it out to win a place in the semi finals, which take place in An Brog, Cork and Whelan's, Dublin, supporting Duke Special and The Immediate respectively.
Two bands will then be selected to perform at the Grande Finale on 19 May in Dublin, supporting a major headline act soon to be announced.
The prize, worth €10,000 includes an EP launch with Fifa Records, studio recording time, a national distribution deal, full PR and a six month management deal.
