Missy Elliott for Dublin
With a new album in her suitcase, Missy Elliott jets into Ireland for one night in June
Missy Elliott gets in ahead of her pal Madonna on June 24 when she plays a one-night stand at the Dublin Point.
She comes armed with a new album, This Is Not A Test!, which has been credited with "reinventing pop music" and includes such dancefloor monsters as 'Wake Up', 'I'm Really Hot' and 'Let It Bump'. Add in the string of hits from its So Addictive predecessor – 'One Minute Man', 'Dog In Heat' and 'Get Ur Freak On' to name but three – and you're in for one hell of a night.
Support is provided by Talib Kweli, the Brookylyn rapper who enlists the help of Busta Rhymes, Rick James, Common and Res on his new Beautiful Mix album.
Tickets priced €54.50 go on sale at 9am on June 24.
