Maser paints wall to support mental health group, HeadsUp
Dublin's own graffiti artist, Maser, has marked the launch of the new website for HeadsUp Rehab, a mental health promotion programme, with a specially-commissioned graffiti wall.
“Young people appreciate street art, they can relate to it,” says Maser. “Graffiti is the art of a generation and a positive art form that young people can associate with. I am delighted to be able to use this medium to let people know about Headsup.ie, a very worthwhile and necessary project for young people in Ireland today.”
For over 12 years, Maser has been painting in Ireland and throughout the world, including New York, Copenhagen and London.
The new HeadsUp website contains mental health information, self-help modules, well-being tips, an online forum and a message board.
You can visit the new HeadsUp website at www.headsup.ie.
