Marshal Stars tour with album on the way
Word reaches us that the Marshal Stars have finished recording their debut album in Cornwall’s Sawmills studio and lined-up Dublin shows.
They'll be playing at the Dunlaoghaire College of Art & Design Freshers’ Ball (September 28); UCD Freshers’ Ball (29 + Director, DC Pakt & The Chalets); and Whelan’s, Dublin (October 5).
Following on from this comes the October 28 release of ‘Conscience And A Heart’, their debut Irish-only single, which will be accompanied by a full nationwide tour.
Meanwhile, their management-mates Director have landed a high profile UK support tour with Mercury nominees Hard-Fi in October and November.
Dates completed, it’s off to Grouse Lodge in Meath where they’ll be dashing off an album in time for February 2006 release.
