Listen: New Atoms For Peace Track
Thom Yorke's band have released 'Judge, Jury & Executioner'...
The band which features the Radiohead frontman alongside producer Nigel Godrich, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Mauro Refosco and Joey Waronker, have released the surprise new single today.
'Judge, Jury & Executioner' is available now on iTunes, with a vinyl release scheduled for March 11. The track is taken from Atoms For Peace's full-length debut album Amok which is set for release on February 26 via XL.
The track was aired on the Zane Lowe show on BBC Radio 1 last night. Thom and Nigel were in studio with Zane, and discussed the possibility of UK concerts, confirming that they will be playing shows in the UK and Europe but didn't have any dates to announce yet.
When asked about a possible performance at this summer's Glastonbury Festival, Yorke said, "We won’t have got our shit together by then." Good news for fans hoping to see the band at this years Electric Picnic. Surely they'll have their shit together by then... Hopefully!
