Kittser NOT dropped by his label
The David Kitt camp has denied that he's been dropped by Warner Music...
There does however appear to be some friction between Kittser and the UK company with his manager, Oliver Walsh, telling hotpress.com: "Warners' next option is not due for some time. However, we have been very unhappy with the UK company and have voiced this concern in the strongest terms to (Executive VP Marketing, Warner International) John Reid."
The subject of some excellent reviews when it was released there in January – The Observer described it as "An exquisitely wrought testament to one man's passion" – Kitt's Square One album failed to chart in the UK and was only supported by a smattering of dates.
A very different scenario to Ireland where the collection debuted at number one and subsequently went platinum.
