John Mayall confirms Irish dates
The man who gave Eric Clapton his big break plays Dublin, Limerick and Belfast.
That most legendary of English bluesmen, John Mayall, has announced a July 23 visit to the Dublin Academy.
Tickets priced €30 go on sale on Friday April 3.
Formed in 1963, his Bluesbreakers outfit have had over a hundred different line-ups with Jack Bruce, Peter Green, Eric Clapton, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood all passing through the ranks.
His Irish visit also takes in Dolan’s, Limerick (21) and the Spring & Airbrake, Belfast (24).
