John Connors seeks funding for new film while fellow Cardboard Gangster Paul Alwright debuts new music

Fresh from winning his Best Actor IFTA. John Connors has revealed details of his first post-Cardboard Gangsters project.
"I'm directing a short film I wrote called Bless Father For You Have Sinned about the generational impact of clerical abuse told through a character named Stephen who goes back to visit his old industrial school for closure," he says. Meanwhile, Paul Alwright, who plays Glenner in Cardboard Gangsters, has released the first taster from his Hungry album.
'Seeds Of Doubt' suggests that the Artist Formerly Known As Lethal Dialect is very much on his A-Game. With Damien Dempsey and Maverick Sabre both guesting on the long-player, expect plenty of international interest.
