The wonderfully-named Jackie-O Motherfucker – shame on you Ticketmaster for using asterixes! – have confirmed shows in Cork and Dublin this November.

Jackie-O Motherfucker play Cyprus Avenue, Cork (November 2) and Whelan’s, Dublin (3).

A suitably deranged psychedelic four-piece from Portland, Oregon, they’ll be plugging their latest Valley Of Fire opus, which has been favourably compared to the likes of Faust and Can.
