Indie Summer festival launched for July
The town of Carrick-on-Shannon will play host to the latest music festival to join the summer calendar, Indie Summer.
Indie Summer will run in the Leitrim town of Carrick-on-Shannon from July 19-22, with over 40 independent bands and singer/songwriters taking part.
Vesta Varro, The Aftermath, Daves Radio and the Dirty Epics all play the four-day festival, and admission is free.
And besides full band gigs, there will also be buskers, evening acoustic sessions and open mic nights.
