Handsome Furs for Whelans

Wolf Parade may be on an indefinite hiatus, but that just means more time to be spent on related side projects. One such endeavour is Dan Boeckner's Handsome Furs, who return to Dublin for a date at Whelans on September 15.

A labour of love, Boeckner and wife Alexei Perry have spent the last few years crafting their unique brand of electro-rock, backed up by some impressive life performances. New album Sound Kapital is expected to hit shelves on June 28 and marks the first album that the duo wrote entirely with keyboards and synths.

Tickets priced €16.50 go on sale this Friday morning June 10 at 9am via Ticketmaster.
