Flavour of the month (of August)
Halite - that's Graham 'Hopper' Hopkins and band to you - join Queens Of The Stone Age, Foo Fighters and PJ Harvey at Slane 2003
Halite are the latest act to be added to the line up for Slane 2003.
The band, founded by ex-Therapy? and Gemma Hayes drummer Graham Hopkins, signed a huge worldwide deal with Warners last month. Hopkins used to gig under his own nickname, Hopper, before (pay attention, fact fans) naming his newly signed band after the scientific term for rock salt. Mmm, tasty(!)

Halite will be joining rock gods Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age, Feeder, PJ Harvey and Morcheeba on stage in front of 80,000 punters on the big day (Saturday, August 23).
