The Italian soundtrack legend will be with his orchestra in Dublin on December 12 (note revised date for tickets going on sale).
Ennio Morricone has announced that he will return for one last show in Ireland in December at the O2, Dublin.
Following his incredibly well received performance at the IMMA Kilmainham last year, Morricone will return for a special one-off concert as part of his “50 years of music” world tour.
For those of you unfamiliar, Ennio Morricone was the composer of some of the most famous and well-liked film soundtracks of our time. Films included A Fistful Of Dollars,For A Few Dollars More, The Good, The Bad And The Ugly, Once Upon A Time In The West, A Fistful Of Dynamite, The Battle Of Algiers, Sacco and Vanzetti, Cinema Paradiso, The Legend Of 1900, Malena, The Untouchables, Once Upon A Time In America, The Mission and U-Turn. Just to name a few.
