Devon's finest, PJ Harvey, performed a solo set in the Southern Comfort Crawdaddy Stage, playing a set to please long-standing friends with classics like 'Legs', 'Dress' and 'Man-Size'.
"I always thought the scariest thing to do would be to be in the army or a stand-up comedian. But it's not - it's performing solo," she said. "I went to the toilet three times before I came on stage, and I'm not talking about wee-wee."
Meanwhile, Anthony & The Johnsons made a welcome return to Ireland on the main stage, soon followed by headliners, Massive Attack. Apart from playing songs like 'Unfinished Symphony', 'Teardrop' 'Safe From Harm', they used their time on stage to criticise Tony Blair's stance on the Israel/Lebonan crisis.
The show was the last of their year-long tour, and bless them, it was apparently the best one of the lot.
