Yup, it's good news all round from Paul Tiernan.
Paul Tiernan has confirmed the March 2 release of Earthquakes Start With Little Cracks, his new album, which has already earned him rave French reviews.
The track-listing is: ‘Cracks In The Pavement’, ‘Jimmy’s Song’, ‘Pretty Horses’, ‘Skinny’, ‘Magnets’, ‘Those Regrets’, ‘Panic Blues’, ‘Old Dog’, ‘Home Sweet Home’ and ‘Breakfast In Bed’.
Meanwhile, one of his old songs, ‘How To Say Goodbye’, lines up alongside the likes of Devendra Banhart and Richard Hawley on the soundtrack to American romantic teen comedy Nick And Norah’s Infinite Playlist.
You can also catch the Corkman live in the Sirius Arts Centre, Cobh (March 6 + Interference); De Barra’s, Clonakilty (12); The Pavilion, Cork (18 + Jessie Kennedy); and The Cobblestones, Dublin (20).
