Cork rock book gets US/Oz release
The book Cork Rock: From Rory Gallagher To The Sultans Of Ping, written by Mark McEvoy and published in Ireland late last year, is to be published in the USA and Australia later this month.
It will be in US bookstores on March 15, and available in Australia from March 30.
McEvoy's book was awarded the accolade of ‘Music Book of The Fortnight’ by Hot Press and was recently included in the list of ‘best eleven books of 2009’ by Irish arts and culture website OMG Entertainment. It is published in paperback at €16.99 by Mercier Press.
