Now that M.I.A's cancelled her Irish date, support act The Cool Kids have been bumped up to headliners, playing a midnight gig in Crawdaddy this June.

Touting themselves as “the black Beastie Boys”, Chuck English and Mikey Rocks have been causing an almighty brouhaha in the States with their debut ten-tracker, The Bake Sale, which is released here on July 18.

The Chicago hip hop duo play Crawdaddy on June 27.
