Michael McDermott will play Jackson's Hotel in Donegal Town on September 4 and 5.

The Chicago-based singer-songwriter, described by author Stephen King as “probably the greatest undiscovered rock & roll talent of the last 20 years", will play Jackson's Hotel in Donegal Town on Friday September 4 and Saturday September 5.
McDermott has shared stages with artists of the calibre of Van Morrison, Aimee Mann and the Wallflowers. His Irish visit will feature Heather Horton on violin, and coincides with the releases of McDermott’s new album Hey La Hey, his follow-up to 2007's Noise From Words. Gigs in the Jackson's venue take place in the Drumboe Suite and are run by music writer Marty McCool.
