Celtic Skies album out this week

Celtic Skies is a collection of traditional Irish and Scottish songs performed by an array of contrmporary artists.

Out this Friday, March 9, it features Andrea Corr (‘She Moved Through The Fair’), Clannad's Moya Brennan (‘Down By The Salley Gardens’), and Damien Dempsey (‘Rare Ould Times’), to name but a few.

Damien says of his contribution to the album: “I’m a big fan of traditional Celtic songs. I grew up hearing these songs and if I can bring a new, young audience to them, then I feel it’s my duty to do so. I feel like these songs are some kind of treasure trove and I love turning kids onto them.”
