New outdoor concert venue announced for Ireland
Live at Palmerstown House is set to launch this summer, with the first announcement for the year said to come soon.
A new outdoor concert venue has been announced for Ireland, with Live at Palmerstown House launching this summer.
A historic country estate, located 20 minutes from Dublin's city centre, Palmerstown House is said to provide a new and unique setting for large-scale events.
The estate, which comprises a "period residence, a multi-purpose clubhouse, an award-winning 18-hole championship golf course, and a walled garden with amphitheatre acoustic values", is set to host international musical acts, with the first announcement for the year coming in due course.
The upcoming announcement will mark the beginning of a long-term vision to establish and invest in Palmerstown as a destination for live shows during Greater Dublin's busy summer concert season.
"We've seen growing interest in Palmerstown House Estate as a location for live events, and we're really looking forward to bringing a series of high-quality shows to the site," said Comer Group Hotels Group General Manager, Jerry Power.
"Our focus is to support and continue to deliver great events in a unique setting, and we're excited about the role the estate can play as this series develops over the coming years."
