California-based Doo-Wop throwback for Crawdaddy
Richard Swift will lend his American pop experimentalism to the Dublin venue later this month.
Richard Swift, with his unique mid-20th century style, has been compared to acts from the 1950s, and his simple four-track production (which sounds refreshingly un-produced) offers a welcome alternative to the slick over-produced sounds of modern pop.
Swift's April 27 show will follow the release of his second album The Atlantic Ocean, which will be released April 7. The album features Ryan Adams, Mark Ronson and Pad Sansone of Wilco.
