Bryan Ferry - health scare ahead of upcoming tour
The Roxy Music star has undergone medical tests after feeling unwell in London yesterday
Bryan Ferry was forced to cancel a London appearance last night after he started to feel ill. The Roxy Music man was due to appear at the SportAccord opening ceremony in the city, but has had to go for hospital tests instead.
A spokesperson for the singer told the Daily Mail that Ferry "has been feeling unwell and is having tests.”
The singer, who is set to embark on a mammoth 33 date Olympia European tour on April 19, makes his way to Ireland's south-east on June 30 for a headline performance at the opening night of The Tall Ships Races 2011. There's been no confirmation so far that any of these dates will be affected.
We wish Bryan, who released his thirteenth solo album, Olympia last year, a speedy recovery.
