Brett Dennen plans Irish shows
The folk rocker supports The Fray on the Irish leg of their tour next month, and then he's back for a solo visit in May.
US folk singer Brett Dennen has previously toured with acts like John Mayer, and opens for The Fray at their April 27 show at the Ulster Hall, Belfast, and their Olympia gig the following night.
And he's already planning his post-Fray return to Ireland, with solo gigs confirmed for Whelan's (Upstairs) on May 21, and Katy Dalys in Belfast (22).
Named by Rolling Stone as one of their '10 Artist to Watch' – Dennen has enjoyed quite a bit of exposure stateside, with tracks of his appearing on Grey's Anatomy and House. In the last few months he's also played on the Jay Leno and Conan O'Brien shows.
Tickets for Dennen's show at Whelan's will go on sale tomorrow, April 8 priced €13.50, with Belfast ticket details to be announced.
