Boyband auditions to be held in The Sugar Club
They're being staged by UK pop guru Kim Glover.
Dublin’s Sugar Club is the venue on October 17 as UK music industry heavyweight Kim Glover holds open auditions for his new four-piece Irish boyband.
During his long and highly successful career, Glover has overseen the careers of New Kids On The Block, Let Loose, PJ & Duncan, D-Side and B*Witched.
“I believe that young Irish men know the value of hard work and that is why my search starts in Dublin, but I’m hoping that guys from every county will turn up,” he says.
Adds his GB Entertainments colleague Goron Maher: “We’re looking for anybody between the ages 16 to 24 that feels they can sing, are committed to work in a band and are ready to leave everything behind and do what it takes to make it.”
All auditionees must bring a recent photograph with them, and be available if necessary for the following day’s callback.
