There’s a real blast from the past on September 8 as The Blow Monkeys reconvene in Crawdaddy, Dublin. Tickets are €15 and €20.
Still fronted by Dr. Robert, whose admirers include Paul Weller and Noel Gallagher, the band will be mixing old favourites like ‘Digging Your Scene’ and ‘It Doesn’t Have To Be This Way’ with material from last year’s equally excellent Devil’s Tavern album, which was funded by fan pre-orders.
With Spandau Ballet and Kajagoogoo also on their way, there really is no escaping the ‘80s revival.
