Adele holds on to top album top spot
Mr. Gallagher & Co. score the highest new entry.
There’s no change at the top of the Irish album chart with Adele’s 21 clinging on to the top spot and Rihanna also holding steady at number 2 with Loud.
The honour of highest new entry goes to recent Hot Press cover stars Beady Eye who debut at number 3 with Different Gear, Still Speeding.
Also making their bows this week are Jessie J’s Who You Are at number 4 and Lykke Li’s Wounded Ryhmes, which is in at number 16.
The singles chart makes equally good reading for Adele and Jessie J with their respective ‘Someone Like You’ and ‘Price Tag’ choons at numbers 1 and 2.
