Edwin McFee
Newry native Edwin McFee first jumped onboard the good ship Hot Press in 2008. Over the course of hundreds of issues he’s grilled everyone from Judas Priest to Dolly Parton and has helped break then fledgling bands such as Two Door Cinema Club. His career highlights include encounters with Iron Maiden polymath Bruce Dickinson, the Strokes, Oasis, Al Green, Kings Of Leon, DC Comics’ publisher Jim Lee and WWE grappler Becky Lynch. In addition to Hot Press, he writes/has written for Metal Hammer, NME, Sunday Life and the Belfast Telegraph and also served as one of the founding architects behind AU magazine.
